Imposter syndrome, chronic stress, self limiting beliefs and anxiety remain issues for professionals, even at the highest levels.

As much as many courses focus on enhancing strengths, I feel addressing weakness is where resilience lies. The practices I teach do this in a gradual manner, creating attitudes towards ourselves that help us to be authentic and vulnerable while still having the courage and confidence to show up as our best self.

This keynote recognises the busy nature of modern life and I have distilled down techniques from for a wide range of modalities that are fast acting and require the shortest times to influence body and mind for sustainable high performance.

We explore techniques you can use in the moment that manage focus and reduce stress, then ones where you shift thought patterns in just 2-3 minutes and then profoundly transformative techniques that work in 5-10 minutes.

To experience these techniques leaves no doubt in someone’s mind as to their effectiveness. Then the theory to support these techniques further reinforces how they empower participants towards their best self.
